Meet Sarah

Hi! I’m Sarah Filman (she/her), and I’m the Founder of Playful Perspectives. An experienced people leader, certified coach, and product manager, I’ve brought my heart-forward leadership style to teams in tech and education non-profits for over thirteen years.

Labels never tell the whole story, but I’ve always been what you might call a “highly sensitive introvert.” In spite of that (or perhaps because of it), I’ve also made a serious commitment to myself to regularly step out of my comfort zone. Performing regularly as a leader and an improviser has been incredibly rewarding and spurred transformational growth in how I show up on the outside and feel on the inside.

I’m passionate about the power of play to support radical growth and inclusive spaces. This passion is reflected in the light-hearted, compassionate, and equity-centered approach I bring to my clients; embracing them where they're at and leaping together to what's next.

With deep curiosity and a creative spirit, I help individuals and teams connect to their unique purpose and values to joyfully go after their goals.
