Facilitation
When your team has a need
to create and connect,
try infusing some play
for a stunning effect
Great teams don’t exist by chance.
Creatively weaving together leadership, coaching, program management, and improvisation experience, I partner with leaders to design custom workshops and programs to support the development and well-being of their teams.
Support wellbeing and connection with play
Whether your team works in-person, remotely, or an ever-evolving mix of both, creating meaningful opportunities to connect and build relationships as people can be challenging. Many teams are struggling with employee disengagement and burnout.
Playful Perspectives offers play-based sessions and improv classes to help your team cultivate joy, creativity, connection, and laughter in a fun and supportive environment.
These sessions can be offered:
Virtually or in-person
For teams of any size
On your schedule: Schedule a 30-minute energizer session or a multi-hour workshop
As a one-off experience or regularly scheduled employee wellness benefit
Grow your team’s leadership capacity
Applied improvisation takes the skills that improvisers practice onstage, and brings them into offstage contexts, such as leadership development, personal development, and conflict mediation. The skills that improvisers have that benefit leadership include:
Active listening
Building on the ideas of others (“yes, and”)
Creating new possibilities
Clearly communicating intent
Treating mistakes as opportunities
Joyfully accepting failure as part of the process
Recognizing power and status dynamics
If you’ve identified opportunities for your team to strengthen any of these leadership skills and mindsets, Playful Perspectives can help by creating a custom workshop or program for your team.
What Leaders Are Saying…
Thank you for the terrific session. I am still thinking about how helpful and fun it was. Our team got to write our story and that motivated me to think about how can we do that for 2021. Your ease, creativity, smart and thoughtful approach to training was so appreciated! Please know how much we all enjoyed the session."

We at Unreasonable recently hired Sarah to facilitate a fun, virtual team-building session for our all-remote global team of 30. Her facilitation style is both appropriately professional and delightfully approachable, and best yet, the session was actually optimized to succeed as a virtual experience. As a company whose business is to facilitate exceptional virtual and in-person experiences for CEOs and industry leaders, our bar is pretty high. Our team loved the session and really appreciated the opportunity to connect with and learn about one another using playful content and activities.
