Six-session online group coaching lab for business and non-profit leaders and entrepreneurs from various sectors looking to grow their professional performance and engagement. Utilizing the theory and tools of theater, improvisation, and the Psychology of Becoming, participants will learn, practice, and role-play:

  • Growing your communication and presentation capabilities to enhance, enrich, and clarify your message

  • Building and strengthening relationships that support you to grow to the next level of your career

  • Becoming a better listener and co-creator to be the person your colleagues, clients, boss, and team prefer to work with

  • Working through emotional challenges in your professional performances, whatever they are – frustration, insecurity, anxiety, anger, or ____ (fill in the blank!)

  • How to build your team using this group as a lab for practice

  • Telling your story by exploring and discerning what, why, and how you want to share

The six week program runs Wednesday from January 31 through March 6, 3-5pm ET. We're limiting it to 10-12 participants for a high touch, interactive workout for all.

Led by Cathy Salit, President of Creative Choice Consulting, CEO Emerita of Performance of a Lifetime, author of Performance Breakthrough: A Radical Approach to Success at Work, and executive coach to C-Suite and senior level executives. Cathy is the founder of the Global Play Brigade, an international community dedicated to utilizing play, improvisation and storytelling to bring “strangers” together and make a more connected, harmonious world. She is also a singer, actor, public speaker and comedic improviser.

Cathy is assisted by leadership coach and improviser Sarah Filman, founder of Playful Perspectives. An experienced team builder and technical product manager, Sarah has brought her heart and humor to teams in tech and education non-profits for over fifteen years. A highly-sensitive introvert with a penchant for puns and forest bathing, Sarah loves to nerd out about marine invertebrates, board games, and comedy.
